Training and Placement
The hospitality industry demands excellence and professionalism. To prepare students for real-world challenges, Industrial Training is an essential part of every course at SIHM.
After completing the first academic year, students undergo six months of industrial training at reputed hotels across India. Selection is based on interviews conducted by the hotels.
This training provides hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and industry exposure that build a strong foundation for a successful career. After training, students return for campus placements or may participate in walk-in interviews with hotels of their choice.
The Diploma Certificate is awarded only after successful completion of the training period.
Our students have been placed in leading hotel groups such as Taj, Oberoi, ITC, The Lalit, Radisson, Marriott, Ramada, Holiday Inn, Crowne Plaza, The Ananta, Chokhi Dhani, Clarks, Le Méridien, Lemon Tree, and Hilton, among others.
Anti-Ragging Policy
SIHM Sawai Madhopur is a ragging-free campus. Any student found indulging in ragging will face immediate rustication and penalties as per the Supreme Court’s Anti-Ragging Act and the undertaking signed by students and their parents.
Students are encouraged to report any incidents of ragging to faculty members, the Anti-Ragging Committee, or directly to the Principal — with or without revealing their identity. Complaints can also be made to the Union HRD Ministry through the toll-free helpline or email if the Institute fails to take necessary action.
