Payment of Fees
Fees are payable in two terms. The first-term fee is paid at the time of admission, and the second-term fee is payable in December/January of the said academic year. A fee notice will be displayed on the Student Notice Board and also on the Institute’s website.
Please note that a late fee is applicable after the due date mentioned in the fee notice. The late fee charges are as follows:

₹300/- for the first week after the due date

₹500/- for the second week
If the fee is still unpaid, a re-admission fee of ₹1000/- will be levied.
All fees once paid are non-refundable, except for the caution money.
Uniform
Students are required to purchase or procure the specified college uniform by paying the uniform fee, which will be intimated at the time of admission.
Students will not be permitted in the lab without the required protective clothing for practical sessions. They must also wear the college uniform during theory classes, which includes black trousers, a white shirt, a college tie, and black Oxford-type shoes.
Hostel Facility
At present, the hostel is under construction. Limited seats are available for both boys and girls. Accommodation is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis and only after the full-year hostel fee has been paid.
Medium of Instruction
The medium of instruction for all degree courses is English.
For diploma courses, the medium of instruction may be English or Hindi, as per the student’s preference.
Training and Placement Cell
The Institute has an active Training and Placement Cell that assists students in securing suitable employment opportunities in both private and public sector catering establishments within and outside Rajasthan.
Several reputed organizations conduct campus interviews at the Institute. The Institute maintains strong liaison with leading hotels and catering establishments for both summer placements and final employment.
Refund of Fees
If a student withdraws from the course within one month from the date of admission, 50% of the fees paid will be refunded.
No refund requests will be entertained after this period.
Hostel fees will not be refunded if a student leaves midway or is removed from the hostel, except for the caution money.
Mobile Phone Policy
Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited within the college campus, except in the college cafeteria.
Any student found using a mobile phone in restricted areas will have their device confiscated, and disciplinary action will be taken.
Holidays
The Institute observes all gazetted and local holidays declared by the Government of India and the Collector of Sawai Madhopur (Rajasthan).
Any additional holidays will be announced through notices displayed on the Institute Notice Board.
Correspondence
The Institute will not be responsible for non-receipt of application forms, selection memos, or other correspondence sent by ordinary post.
