Training and Placement
At SIHM Sawai Madhopur, we believe that practical exposure and industry experience are as important as classroom learning. The Institute has a dedicated Training and Placement Cell that guides students in securing internships, industrial training, and employment opportunities in the hospitality industry.
Industrial Training
After completing the first year of the course, every student undergoes six months of industrial training at reputed hotels, resorts, and catering establishments across India. Training is provided in departments such as front office, housekeeping, food and beverage service, and kitchen operations, depending on the student’s specialization.
Selection for training is based on interviews conducted by the hotels, and students may be placed anywhere in India. If a student prefers to train in a specific city or hotel, walk-in interviews are also arranged.
Industrial training provides students with hands-on experience, technical knowledge, and professional skills, forming a strong foundation for their careers in the hospitality sector.
Placement Opportunities
Upon successful completion of training, students return to the Institute for campus placements. Our Training and Placement Cell maintains strong connections with leading hotel chains and hospitality organizations, ensuring excellent placement opportunities for our graduates.
